All hail the Queen!
To be fair, Kinga Philipps does not go around calling herself The Shark Queen. But if she did, there wouldn’t be many around to argue.
Since we last met up with the TV host/producer back in 2019, Kinga has continued to fill the niche of on-camera worldwide adventurer, and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon.
She has hosted many TV shows over the years, on channels such as SyFy, Epix, NatGeo and Travel Channel.
In 2021, Kinga became the first female host of her own show in 33 years of Discovery Network’s Shark Week, with Tiger Queen – where she came face to face with tiger sharks in Turks and Caicos.
The longtime Malibu resident and conservationist now makes her home up the coast in Oxnard, CA, but continues to spend a good part of her life under the waves, both on-camera and off.
And look for her this July on Shark Week with a brand new show!
