Entertainers will go just about anywhere for a gig.
Johnny Cardinale is a comedy road warrior, spending nearly three weeks a month on land and sea entertaining audiences.
If that gig involves traveling via Blackhawk helicopter, sleeping on cots in a tent, or bribing customs officials in far-off lands, well, sometimes you gotta do what must be done.
If there are jokes to be told and a willing audience, Johnny will be there. And while the constant travel can wear most entertainers down, he shows no sign of stopping any time soon.
Johnny has performed on multiple military tours in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa. He also can be seen on many a cruise ship on one end of the earth or the other.
After recently running into Johnny at the San Francisco airport, I was reminded what a prime candidate he is to tell some Travel Tales.
