Hollywood is a word and a concept that is recognized in every corner of the globe.
It’s also been the catalyst for cameraman Clint Palmer to travel to much of the world himself.
Recently retired and still living in Pasadena, CA, Clint has a resume that reads like highlights from the last 50 years of film and TV: Empire Strikes Back, Die Hard, Predator, Frasier, and Will and Grace, among many others..
Clint recounts Tales of dodging gunfire in a Nairobi hotel during a bloody coup, being hunted down by Mexican law enforcement, and much more.
He was followed by secret police in 1980’s China, and when shooting for James Cameron’s The Abyss, Clint was nearly thrown off a boat into icy waters off the coast of Washington State.
Needless to say, Clint has a few ripping yarns to tell. So strap in and listen to someone peel back the curtain of Hollywood glamour and hear what’s behind the images on the big (and small) screen.
