There is now!
Kentucky-based family practitioner Donna Pleiman uprooted her two sons and husband during the height of the Covid pandemic to live in remote New Zealand for six months.
Since doctors were needed around the world and the kids were going to be schooled remotely anyway, travel lover Donna saw opportunity in a worldwide crisis.
Not only did Donna get to indulge her love of outdoor activities in a place most known for it, but she got to do it without the hordes of tourists usually crowding the small country.
All the while, she was getting paid, and bringing some much-needed assistance to a small town that need it. Win-Win!
