Though touching in its context, that famous line oft repeated by the character of Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire hardly seemed like a wise way to navigate through an unforgiving world.
Leon Logothetis doesn’t agree.
When we first met Leon back in 2018, he had just wrapped his second season of hosting his Netflix travel series, “The Kindness Diaries”, where he traveled the across the world relying solely on the kindness of others.
Now Leon has recently finished his latest project, “The Kindness Within – A Journey to Freedom”, a film about his journey to find God.
In the film, Leon’s search for God led him to one of the world’s oldest cultures -India.
We discuss Leon’s inspiration for the film, what he learned when it was over, the logistics of spending months with a crew under extreme conditions, and much more.
